Delegates and alternates must be present in person in order to be seated and participate in the convention.

It is not necessary to be present to be elected to serve as a Delegate/Alternate to a higher-level convention.  Please follow the instructions in the Call for Nominations to express your interest in being a candidate in advance of the convention.
