Registration will begin at 3:00 PM and close at 5:00 PM.

Handicap and accessible drop off zones are available on Kellogg Blvd. outside of the main doors. All delegates, alternates, and guests should park in the RiverCentre ramp directly across the street from the main doors of the RiverCentre. There is a skyway that will take you into the RiverCentre. Once you come through the skyway, come down to the main lobby on the ground level for registration. 

The State Central Committee is composed of the Members, Delegates, and Alternates elected or appointed according to Article IX Section 1 of the State Party Constitution which can be viewed on the MN GOP website here. 

The State Central Meeting shall be held for the following purposes:

• Consideration of changes to the Bylaws 
• Electing an RNC committeeman and an RNC committeewoman 
• Officer reports
• Transacting other such business that may properly come before the meeting

Delegates and Alternates can pre-register for a reduced fee of $75 before 11:59 PM on Friday, May 10th using this link: https://secure.winred.com/republican-party-of-minnesota/state-central-del-and-alt-pre-registration  

All pre-registrations for Delegates and Alternates must be completed online via the link above. If you would prefer to pay with cash or a check, please bring that with on May 16th and pay the day-of rate.

All guests must pre-register before 11:59 PM on Friday, May 10th. Day-of guest registrations will not be accepted. Guests must use this link to register:

If Delegates and Alternates do not pre-register, they may still register at the meeting on May 16th for the day-of fee before 5:00 PM. Checks, credit cards, and cash will all be accepted in person at the meeting before 5:00 PM. 

You may not register by mail or submit payment by mail for this SCC meeting. 

Registration Fees

• Pre-registration fee for Delegates and Alternates before 11:59 PM on Friday, May 10th: $75
• Day-of registration fee for Delegates or Alternates: $100
• Guest fee: $100 before Friday, May 10th at 11:59 PM. Guests may only be sponsored by a SCC Delegate or Alternate, and members of the media may not be registered as guests. Delegates and Alternates are responsible for the behavior of each guest they register and must physically accompany the guest to pick up their credentials on May 16th.
