The League of Women Voters and the Minnesota State Bar Association will host a nonpartisan candidate forum on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, in the Golden Valley City Hall starting at 7:00PM.

This candidate forum will feature the contested races for MN Supreme Court Chief Justice, MN Supreme Court Associate Justice 6, Judge Court of Appeals 12, and Judge 4th District Court 24. 

A candidate forum is an event where candidates answer uniform, vetted questions about their background, motivations, and goals as they pertain to the office they seek. Moderated by trained League
members, these events are recorded and shared in the community, often in collaboration with other nonpartisan groups.

Submit questions to [email protected] by September 15, 2024. Written questions will also be accepted at the forum.
The forum is co-sponsored by League of Women Voters of Golden Valley and Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA). Note that MSBA is co-sponsoring the forum for state-wide races only.
